Terms and Conditions of Cashback Promotion

The following Terms & Conditions apply to all WindowHUB Cashback promotions.
      1. To qualify, you must place a retail domestic order using a valid WindowHUB Quote Code. Trade and commercial orders are not eligible.
      2. Your WindowHUB Quote Code must be supplied before your order is confirmed and must appear on your original Order Confirmation. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cashback claims where a Quote Code is added after the order has been confirmed
      3. This promotion is available only on orders confirmed and deposit paid between 1 August 2026 and 31 August 2026 (inclusive). It does not apply to revisions, variations or additions to existing orders or contracts.
      4. Eligible orders must have a minimum net value of £1,500 and a maximum net value of £20,000 (excluding VAT). Orders that include Ensure Door promotional products are excluded from this offer.
      5. Your project must be processed through the WindowPros team, either online or in one of our studios. Orders placed directly through the standard Heronhurst ordering process or website are not eligible.
      6. This promotion is available only on domestic supply and installation projects for windows and doors.
      7. We guarantee that there is no additional cost to you for using the WindowHUB or WindowPros service.
      8. Cashback is calculated on the net order value (excluding VAT).
      9. To receive your cashback, you must submit a completed Cashback Claim Form after your installation has been completed and your final balance has been paid. Subject to validation, cashback will be paid by bank transfer within 30 days of your successful claim.
      10. Cashback can be paid either to you personally or to your nominated business, as specified on your Cashback Claim Form. The claim form is available at:

      11. Any tax or other financial liability arising from receipt of cashback is the responsibility of the recipient. Where applicable, it should be declared to HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC).
      12. By submitting a cashback claim, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
      13. WindowHUB.co.uk and WindowPros.co.uk are operated by TheAndies Limited trading as TAUK.team on behalf of Heronhurst Window & Door Centre Limited, Abergavenny.
      14. We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of any claim and to refuse claims that do not comply with these Terms & Conditions or where fraud, abuse or misuse of the promotion is suspected.
      15. We may amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion at any time. Any changes will not affect qualifying orders that have already been confirmed in accordance with these Terms & Conditions before the changes take effect.
      16. Our decision regarding the interpretation and application of these Terms & Conditions is final.
